Project Description: The Department is seeking proposals for the establishment of Comprehensive Behavioral Health and Substance Use Services for Gateway West Shelter Residents project. The project will expand access to integrated, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment for individuals experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By embedding these services within the Gateway West Shelter, the project will increase access to treatment, improve health outcomes, reduce behavioral health crises, and support long-term recovery.
