Overview

Summary

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Construction Administration and Inspection Services on an as-required basis. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for engineering services required under the Agreement.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, August 14, 2026 Friday, August 14, 2026 through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/284103 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.

Hard copy or e-mailed responses will not be accepted.

No meeting/introduction requests will be honored by City of Norfolk staff during the solicitation period.
