Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining LO/LO vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of 105,000 square feet of military cargo (Tracked and wheeled vehicles and breakbulk cargo). Minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots.
