The proposed project will modify the existing plant power distribution system to provide redundant power sources to all critical switchboards, upgrade the switchgear automation system, and provide an additional 2500-kW emergency generator. The project will include replacement of existing medium-voltage cables, transformers, low-voltage switchboards, and associated equipment that are obsolete and prone to failure, and all appurtenant work.
