The City of Norfolk (the “City”) seeks an employee screening program from a qualified offeror consisting of the following services:
1. Medical Review Officer (“MRO”) services
2. Collection and laboratory testing for breath screening
3. Laboratory urinalysis
4. Physical examinations
5. Tuberculosis intradermal testing
6. Hearing tests
7. Alternate specimen testing, such as oral fluid and blood
