New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) is currently seeking a vendor to provide an off-the-shelf, secure event management database for its Ready New York (RNY) program.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method utilizes Federal Funds and may not exceed $250,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions.
