Description
Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:
The project consists of repairing and restoring the existing Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) cladding assembly in place on select portions of the facility as indicated on the drawings. The work will include, among other things:
A. Mechanical securement of EIFS lamina,
B. Removal and re-application of EIFS finish coat,
C. Repair of existing control and expansion joints,
D. Sealing of v-notch architectural reveals,
E. Installation of new control and expansion joints including sealant where indicated,
F. Replacement of failed sealants at window perimeters and other locations,
G. Localized crack and impact damage repairs as well as delamination of EIFS cladding,
H. Cleaning all areas affected by the work,
I. Other works necessary to comply with the specification and to undertake the project.

Evaluation/Recommendation to Award Week of June 2nd , 2025
Letter of Intent Week of June 9th , 2025
Contract Signing Week of June 9th , 2025

All Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
