In accordance with Title 18, Chapter 8, Montana Code Annotated (MCA) and adopted City of Missoula policy for consultant selection, the City of Missoula, Montana, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from a qualified design team or teams to provide historic preservation services for the rehabilitation of the historic Moon-Randolph barn. The Moon-Randolph Homestead is an important cultural site in Missoula’s North Hills. This 130-year-old barn is perhaps the most iconic structure on site. A rehabilitated barn will enable proper interpretation of the site, agricultural demonstration as well as a large indoor area for education, events and fundraising. This high-profile project provides an opportunity for the consultant to help preserve an important part of Missoula's history.
