The City of New Haven as owner/Developer of 342 Grand Avenue (2-Family), 346 Grand Avenue (2-Family) and 350 Grand Avenue (2-Family) rehabilitate the structures into three (3) homeowner occupant structures. The City of New Haven has determined that this corner is a feasible option for affordable/workforce (Affordable/Workforce is 60%-100% AMI) homeownership opportunity with rental.
