This is a request for information (RFI)/Sources Sought for the following:
The Contractor shall provide an Epilog Fusion Pro 24 Laser Engraver alongside with training and an Air Assist Pump 110V, Rim Style Rotart, Vector Cutting Grid (Kit) and a Pro 24 Compact X Self Contained Filter System OR EQUAL under a firm fixed price contract.
The Laser Engraver must meet the following specifications to be compatible with the Government's operations. It should have a power input of 15 amps and support a maximum voltage of 120 volts. The machine must operate on a standard 110120V AC power supply, as units requiring 220V AC will not be compatible with our office setup. The engraver must feature a working area of at least 24 inches by 24 inches, and its overall dimensions must not exceed 42 inches in width, 33 inches in depth, and 41 inches in height. Additionally, it must include a combination laser system equipped with a minimum 60-watt CO2 laser and a minimum 30-watt fiber laser. An engraver with these specifications is essential to support our retail and craft activity operations.
