Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR) for Wooldridge Elementary School

Project Description: Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) as Step 1 in a two-step process to select one (1) Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) to provide professional services and to perform the construction of the work described below in connection with Large-Scale Renovations and Safety Improvements at four (4) elementary schools that were originally designed as “open concept” schools, an architectural design concept that no longer fits AISD’s educational and safety needs. The four projects are part of the AISD’s 2022 Bond Program, and are being solicited as a single project with multiple sites.
