Pick Up & Removal of Bulk Trash

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from experienced contractors to furnish bulk trash collection and disposal services to various condominium communities within the City of Bowie. Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4580_Pick_Up_Removal_Of_Bulk_Trash_In_Condominium_Communities . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4580_Pick_Up_Removal_Of_Bulk_Trash_In_Condominium_Communities until 12:00p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4580_Pick_Up_Removal_Of_Bulk_Trash_In_Condominium_Communities prior to 12:00p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Friday, December 13, 2024, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
