Project Description: The General Contractor shall install all materials, equipment and appurtenances required for construction of a 20’ x 24’ masonry building, 40 HP submersible well pump, piping, site work, fencing and related work. The Electrical Contractor shall install all materials, equipment and appurtenances including an emergency generator, manual transfer switch, primary service, yard electrical, interior lighting, receptacles and connections within the building.
