The purpose of this request for prototpe proposal is to utilize 10 U.S.C. 4022 to award up to two (2) Other Transaction Prototype (OTP) Projects for the Leg 4 and new H2 Heater. After OTP award, and if determined to be in the best interest of the Government, one (1) follow-on production agreement will be awarded to the vendor whose OTP is determined to be successful. A successful OTP will validate the vendor’s capability to design and install a new process air heater and connections at Arnold Air Force Base, TN.





NOTE: Performance Parameters and associated appendices are marked Distro Statement D; distribution is authorized to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only.



To obtain this attachment, your company must have a current (less than three years old) NIST SP 800-171 assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Contact the Agreements Officer and/or Agreements Specialist to request an electronic copy of the documents sent via DoD SAFE.
