The renewal project involves updating six shuttered suites at Parkview Village. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, removing and upgrading current flooring throughout each suite, removing and upgrading baseboards, mold abatement as needed. Removal of bathtubs and installation of walk-in showers in each suite, installation of kitchen back splashes, upgraded kitchen and bathroom counter tops and cabinets, and shower tiles. Replacement of window coverings and damaged accordion closet doors, installation of new LED light fixtures to increase energy efficiency, and repair/ replacement of interior doors where necessary. Radiator shutoff valves will be added as required for safety.
