This is a special notice to inform that the U.S. Department of Housing Development issued a contract to Guidehouse, Inc. on December 12, 2025, for $6,224,448.24 under FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), An Urgent and Compelling Need Exists, and Following the Procedures Would Result in Unacceptable Delays, under task order number GS00F045DA/86615526F00001. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No task order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A Justification for An Urgent and Compelling Need is attached.
