Project Description: The Incorporated County of Los Alamos is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide comprehensive Employee Benefits Consulting Services. Services will include strategic guidance and objective analysis related to employee benefit plan design, financial and plan performance, compliance, administration, and vendor/carrier oversight. The selected Offeror will support the County in managing costs, improving plan performance and operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing effective long-term benefits strategies that provide value to the County and its employees.
