The purpose of the project is to remove existing failed or obsolete dampers and actuator on two (2) designated air handling units (AHU’s) and replace them with new fully functional, code compliant components. The work will restore proper airflow control, improve energy efficiency, and ensure reliable integration with the Building Automation System (BAS).
A non-mandatory but highly encourage pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
Contractors shall meet outside on the sidewalk on the West end of the building near the West entry door which is locked for employee entrance only.
