Description

The Department of Surgery, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Hood, Texas submitted a request for Trauma Registrar services. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain 1 FTE trauma registrar services to This position will ensure CRDAMC is in compliance, and able to maintain its designation as a Level III Trauma Center. at CRDAMC. The contractor will ensure accurate, timely, and complete abstraction, coding, and data entry of trauma patient information in compliance with all applicable accreditation, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The NAICS being used for this requirement is 561110 with a Small Business Size standard of $12.5M.



The Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 Feb 2026 – 30 Sep 2026 with One (1), one-year Option Period.

The solicitation will be available on or about 15 January 2026 on



https://sam.gov/. Prospective offerers are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
