Consultant Firm for CHIP 2026

The City of Warner Robins is considering to request funds from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Fiscal Year 2026 for the Community HOME Investment Program “CHIP”, specifically a New Construction Project. Therefore, the City of Warner Robins is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified Professional Consulting Firms. Consultants interested in participating in the CHIP program must have a strong record and qualifications in the development, planning, and administration of the program. Responding firms should be qualified to provide the above stated services for a period of two (2) to three (3) years.  Please refer to Attachment #1: CED-4706 RFP for additional project details and specifications.

Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until Monday, September 29, 2025 at 2:00PM (ET).

Prospective firms are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 2:00PM (ET).

Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation.

The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
