Fabricate & Install Raised Pedestal (“Rider”), County Seal Medallion & Dimensional Lettering on Existing Mossy Head Industrial Park East & West Entrance Signs

Walton County is seeking quotes from qualified sign fabrication and installation contractors to fabricate and install new raised pedestal (“rider”) elements with Walton County seal medallions and new dimensional lettering at the East and West entrance monument signs at the Northwest Florida Commerce Park (Mossy Head Industrial Park), located along State Road 285 in Walton County, Florida.

The work includes fabrication and installation of a raised pedestal (“rider”) atop the existing lower concrete wall, mounting of the County seal medallion centered within the pedestal face, and fabrication and installation of dimensional lettering on the existing monument sign structures. Contractors shall provide all materials, hardware, anchoring, labor, equipment, and installation necessary for a complete finished installation.

The existing East and West entrance monument signs were constructed as part of the Northwest Florida Commerce Park Entrance Improvements. This project is intended to update the identification and appearance of both entrances while utilizing the existing monument sign structures.

This quote is being issued separately from a companion quote for cleaning, repairing, and repainting the existing sign bases. The County will coordinate sequencing of the two scopes as necessary. Contractors shall field-verify existing dimensions and site conditions prior to fabrication and installation.
