Clean, Repaint, & Repair of Existing Mossy Head Industrial Park East & West Entrance Signs

Walton County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to clean, repair, and repaint the existing East and West entrance monument signs at the Northwest Florida Commerce Park (Mossy Head Industrial Park), located along State Road 285 in Walton County, Florida.

The existing entrance signs consist of poured-concrete/grouted CMU monument walls with a smooth stucco finish and are located within raised planter areas. Work generally includes cleaning the existing sign structures, repairing damaged or deteriorated stucco and related surfaces, preparing the structures for refinishing, and repainting in accordance with the specifications provided in the Scope of Work.

This project is being issued separately from a companion quote for the fabrication and installation of new Walton County logo elements and dimensional lettering. Contractors shall refer to the Scope of Work and provided reference drawings for complete project requirements and shall field-verify existing site conditions and dimensions prior to performing the work.
