Chatham Airport Generator

Chatham, MA

The Town of Chatham is seeking proposals for the installation of a generator at the Chatham Airport. The RFP documents are available from the Town Manager’s Office, Town Offices, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or via email request to Shanna Nealy ( For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. ).

Responses are due in the Office of the Town Manager, at the Town Offices, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633 on May 30th, 2025, no later than 2PM. At that time, all responses will be opened and read aloud. The opening of the responses is open to the public; however, the determination of the best proposal(s) will not be made until all proposals have been evaluated in accordance with the procedures and the selection criteria as set forth in the RFP.

Prevailing wages as determined by the Department of Labor Standards (DLS) under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149 Section 26 apply to this contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town.
