Sole Brand KbPort SimCart for Nursing

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC) to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide KbPort SimCart V7 ECO, Model 30 to the Radiologic Technology Program (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

The ASN Program is requesting the purchase of four (4) KbPort medication carts to enhance simulation-based medication administration training. The KbPort system is uniquely compatible with the existing simulation technology and software infrastructure currently in use within the program's virtual hospital environment. It allows for seamless integration with SimEMR and barcoding systems, enabling students to practice safe medication administration using real-world processes aligned with clinical expectations. Due to this compatibility and standardization across all campuses, KbPort is the only brand option that fully supports the program's instructional goals and provides a consistent, high-fidelity learning experience
