Solicitation Summary
• Procure two Cisco C9300X-48TX-M switches to replace the existing end-of-life Cisco C3850 switches.
• Rack, cable, and fully configure the new switches.
• Migrate the existing configurations from the C3850 switches to the new C9300X switches, including necessary syntax updates or platform adjustments.
• Install the C9300X 8-port 1/10/25G SFP+ network modules.
• Connect 4 10GBASE Active Optical SFP+ cables (10m) to the new switches and MPT Sophos firewall.
• Reconnect all existing patch cables and fiber optic connections to the new switches.
• Validate end-to-end connectivity and ensure the new switches are fully operational.
• Confirm that the new switches properly communicate and integrate with the existing Nexus N7K-C7004 infrastructure.
• MPT is looking to award and move forward in the beginning of 2026 (all Due Dates).
