BI-RS-378 | Wilkinson Hall New Boiler Room at Southern CT State University, New Haven

Removal of existing heating & hot water heat exchanger, glycol heat exchanger & pump, domestic water heating mixing valve & circulator, modifications to the gas service & piping into the building. Removal & capping of the campus high temperature hot water piping at the penetration into the room (piping is deenergized). Turn over existing ACE water heater to SCSU. New construction includes rigging, installation of two owner provided AERCO boilers & all accessories, venting, piping, pumps, controls & wiring associated with hot water system , glycol heat exchanger & pumps, 2 indirect domestic water heaters, mixing valves & circulator, backflow prevention device on incoming water service, and electrical power to support the equipment including a new panel. DDC system integration w/existing BMS system serving the building/campus.
