Project Background :  DNR needs to purchase audio visual equipment for its conference room spaces.  Please see the attached list and spec sheet for each individual piece.

Specifications/Scope of Work :
Hardware Requirements

For each item: All necessary cabling, cable ties, wiring harnesses, clips, fasteners, screws, or assorted assembly materials needed for final connections of all components specified above. This is materials only bid – Installation will be bid separately as will additional materials sourced by the property directly to integrate with these system components.
All hardware to come with 24 month or longer Manufacturer Warranty with no-cost repair or replacement on individual hardware and/or components.

1. 12 Pair or 24 each WSC Acoustic Design AD-C4T-ZB-WH Speakers

Two-way speakers per the attached SPECS providing Conical coverage and including all C-Rings, Tile-Rails, Rail Screws, Euroblock Connectors, snap-fit white magnetic grilles, and any necessary cut-out templates or additional hardware for installation and securing in existing acoustical lay-in ceiling currently in place.
This will provide a 8 speakers to each of the 3 rooms that in total comprise the banquet space at Hueston Woods Lodge

Delivery: Hueston Woods State Park Lodge, 5201 Lodge Rd, College Corner, OH 45003

Timeline: Delivery ASAP.  No later than March 31, 2025.  If some items are backordered, please indicate possible delivery time with the bid documents.

Site Visit & Point of Contact: Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are encouraged to visit the park to see the proposed locations.
Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.
