Solicitation Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide a cloud-based Visitor Management System (VMS) and provide maintenance of the system. WMATA has moved to a self-service-based VMS and would like to continue usage of a self-service-based VMS. The goal is to provide MTPD the ability to manage visitors through a web portal and kiosk system. The self-service visitor management system should provide the capability to capture various forms of identification like driver¿s license, along with photographing the visitor and printing a visitor badge. MTPD also requires the system have the capability of notifying the employee they are visiting.
