The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-010-25, Lynn Valley inspection chamber Installation project.

The scope of the works involves the following:

The Contractor will be required to complete items of Work on Kilmarnock Cres in Lynn Valley, within the District of North Vancouver, as directed by the Contract Administrator.  This Work will include the completion of the following related activities:

1.    Locate 32 sanitary service laterals,
2.    Installation of 32 new sanitary ICs as per DNV SSD.S2, S3, S4, S5,
3.    Installation of new storm ICs, if exposed during sanitary IC installation, as per DNV standards,
4.    Traffic management and resident notification and,
5.    Restoration,
6.    Post installation CCTV inspection,
7.    Post installation survey.
