The General Services Administration (GSA) announces an opportunity to aquire a qualified firm to implement an enterprise-wide, scalable marketplace solution to optimize its real estate portfolio and streamline the management of federal office space. The marketplace will empower GSA and its federal agency customers to efficiently share and manage existing office assets while providing seamless access to flexible office space on an as-needed basis. This initiative will align with GSA’s mission to reduce spending, optimize office space, and enhance workforce productivity. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition is 541519 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.
The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and offers the best value
to the Government, considering the technical factors and total evaluated price. For this procurement, the technical
factors with be significantly more important than price (FAR 15.101-1, Trade Offs).
The solicitation is expected to be released on or about March 4, 2025, with a closing date on or about March 7, 2025.
The Government reserves the right to make an award on initial offers, but discussions may be held if appropriate.
The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing the secure website, SAM (SAM.gov). SAM is designed
to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) acquisition information and is fully integrated with other
electronic Government initiatives. Registration in SAM is required to download solicitation documents and is used
to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registering in these systems will be ineligible to download the
solicitation and ineligible for an award.
