Westbank First Nation (WFN) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or consultants to conduct industry research and develop a comprehensive plan for establishing a film studio. This project aims to evaluate the feasibility of creating a state-of-the-art movie studio facility within WFN reserve lands in the Okanagan Valley. WFN estimates a minimum of 5 acres for the facility to be built on. The studio will include multiple sound stages, pre- and post-production services, business offices, and a screening room, making it suitable for both local and international productions.
