The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for janitorial service for our Mitchem Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory (Boaz Laboratory) located at 1833 Industrial Drive, Boaz, AL 35957.

Specifications:

(1) Service Location: 1833 Industrial Drive, Boaz, AL 35957.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 3,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide total monthly price to complete weekly, twice a week, and monthly tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service Period: 10/1/2026 - 9/30/2027

(2) Service Location: 1833 Industrial Drive, Boaz, AL 35957.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 3,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide price to complete the bi-annual (twice a year) tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service Period: 10/1/2026 - 9/30/2027

(3) Service Location: 1833 Industrial Drive, Boaz, AL 35957.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 3,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide annual price to complete the annual tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial    Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service Period: 10/1/2026 - 9/30/2027
