FY27 Student Government Association District-wide Awards Banquet

Project Description: St. Louis Community College is soliciting bids for FY 27 venues for the District Wide Student Government Association Awards Banquet. APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING: 500 Seated Persons – ADA Accessible. Banquet room must be large enough to accommodate approximately 500+ people according to the guidelines of the ADA standards set by the college, as we have a number of people in wheelchairs, etc., that have to have easy access and ingress between tables and aisles. Also, the table set up must have unimpeded sight lines to the stage. Availability of Public Transportation is also a must as many students use it. Also, need free parking or parking area paid for by STLCC for specific to our guests.
