Scope of Work:
Remove and replace the existing drip irrigation system in designated areas. Install Class 300 rip rap around existing vegetation located at the front of the school. Work shall also include installation of decomposed granite, new drip irrigation piping, and the adjustment, replacement, and addition of sprinkler heads as required to provide complete head-to-head irrigation coverage as drawn and specified.
Contractor’s Licensing
It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies under the following license classifications: General Engineering A or Specialty license C10, when the bidder is performing a majority of the work in accordance with NRS 338.139.
If a Contractor would like to seek clarification from the Nevada State Contractor’s Board, then they must do so ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com/
Sealed bids for the Improvements to the Landscape and Irrigation at Caughlin Ranch Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on July 14, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
