RFP: Technical Writing/Revision Services for Parks Standards/Specifications

The City of Missoula, Montana, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide services for re-writing and re-structuring Missoula Parks and Recreation’s standards and specifications. Following consultant selection, the project will include: Kick off meeting, review of existing standards and specifications in the 2018 edition of the MPR Design Manual, review of MPR staff and stakeholder comments on the existing standards and specifications, development of an outline, and incorporation of MPR staff and stakeholder feedback to write a 60% draft, 90% draft, and final version of the standards and specifications.
