Project Description: Houston City College issued a request for proposal for system-wide Solid Waste and Recycling Services. Work to be performed comprises, removal and disposal of solid waste and collect and remove recyclables materials across the college system, as scheduled. To include all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and consumables necessary to provide such services.
