The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is planning to replace the trusses and rehabilitate the existing bridge on Highway No. 312 over the South Saskatchewan River located at: C.S. 312-01, km 27.38, East of Rosthern, Saskatchewan. The Ministry requires design engineering and construction administration for this bridge.
