Athletic Uniform and Apparel Discount Incentive for Bingham High School

Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from interested Offerors to enter into an agreement to provide exclusive uniforms, footwear, and branded apparel to Bingham High School (BHS) athletic teams in exchange for mutually agreed-upon marketing opportunities and advertising exposure at the local, state, regional, and national levels. Offerors are expected to provide a high level of customer service, flexibility, and responsiveness to meet the diverse and evolving needs of BHS athletic programs.
BHS currently spends approximately $400,000 annually on athletic uniforms and apparel. It is the intent of BHS to purchase branded athletic apparel through a single contracted Offeror, while maintaining flexibility to select from a variety of brands offered by that Offeror for non-game-day and miscellaneous apparel items.
BHS has an established preference for Under Armour athletic uniforms and apparel based on prior experience with customer service, product quality, performance, and brand alignment. However, this preference is not intended to be restrictive. Offerors may propose Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, or other equivalent high-quality brands capable of meeting the needs of the school’s athletic programs. Offerors proposing brands other than Under Armour should clearly demonstrate how the customer service and proposed products are equal to or exceed the quality, durability, performance, and breadth of offerings associated with Under Armour. JSD reserves the right to determine equivalency based on the information provided. JSD reserves the right to choose the apparel brand that is best suited to meet the requirements of this award.

This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
