Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for the implementation of the Ohio Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), a federally funded initiative of the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) within the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).  In Ohio, the Ohio Department of Youth Services (Agency) oversees the implementation of PREP under the State PREP funding stream. DAS recently awarded contracts for this Work for all districts, except for district 3.

The Contractor must implement and administer PREP in its awarded district(s) by successfully completing the Work. The Contractor must meet a minimum target number of youth for PREP completion, prioritize PREP in counties with high teen pregnancies and provide reports detailing PREP metrics and outcomes. The Contractor must attend mandatory meetings and trainings, professional development opportunities, program monitoring meetings and fiscal reviews.
