LLM26027: Consultant Services for Roof Replacement - SLGA Office/Warehouse

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Consultant Services for Roof Replacement - The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) Office/Warehouse, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The service requested is to provide full consulting services including but not limited to inspection, design, parapet bricks and flashing repair and construction contract administration for the Roof Replacement - SLGA Office/Warehouse, see APPENDIX A - RFP PARTICULARS for detailed requirements.

Proponents are encouraged to attend an in-person non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit (details provided in Article 1.4 of the RFP).

Participation process:
Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system. All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform.
