First Intake for Qualified Services Provider Roster
Synopsis:

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (“REAL”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Qualified Services Provider as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). This is the first intake period of three over the next three years. If you have submitted a proposal from the original competition, no need to respond to this intake period. This is for respondents who have not provided a submission to the original competition.

Additional Information:

The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain a number of Qualified Contractors to perform miscellaneous skilled services to support the REAL District on an as-needed, as-required basis Qualified Vendor Roster (QVR). In order to be included on the QVR, respondents are only required to qualify for one (1) of the service categories stated in Appendix C – Section A. If responding to more than one deliverable, Annex B must be submitted for each deliverable. REAL is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by REAL by project name, addressing scope of work, cost and required time of completion.

The term of the QVR is for a period of three (3) years ending December 31, 2027.

1.1.1 Applicable Trades and/or Service

The work to be completed under this RFSQ will be limited to small and medium sized projects which could include, but are not limited for:

Arborist (Tree Cutting Brushing)
Building restoration
Carpentry
Commercial Door repairs
Concrete repair
Crane service
Electrician
Environmental spill and cleaning
General Mechanical Repair (small engine, automotive, heavy-duty mechanic, Zamboni)
Heating, Ventilating and Airconditioning (HVAC)
Hydro-Vac
Industrial refrigeration
Landscaping
Locksmith
Mobile tire repair
Painting (interior/exterior)
Pest Control
Plumbing (clogged drainpipe cleaning)
Pothole repair (parking lot)
Power washing service
Roof and siding repair (EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), metal roof)
Snow removal – Mosaic Stadium roof, parking lot
Streetlight Repair
Towing
Weldin
