THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b), AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. OFFEROR TO COMPLETE Attached WVP Waste Pumping Combo Doc and Attachment 7 - W9127N26QA020 WVP Waste Pumping CLIN & SLIN spreadsheet and return both with emailed quotes.

4. Offer Due Date: 12 FEB 2026, 1:00 PM, PST. Each offeror must submit a priced proposal via email to BOTH raymie.l.briddell@usace.army.mil and Darrell.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes.
5. Solicitation W9127N26QA020 requires that a proposal from a vendor, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, must detail that at minimum fifty (50%) of the work will be self-performed.
