Synopsis:
|
|
The Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS), Custody Services, Workforce Planning and Development department is looking for a Successful Supplier to provide fingerprinting services across the Province of Saskatchewan and to achieve cost savings through a long-term contract.
Workforce Planning and Development hosts the Induction Training Program (ITP) which is held three (3) times a fiscal year in the Spring (April- May), Fall (September) Winter (January) sessions at these four locations: Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and North Battleford. Each session accommodates an average of 40-50 recruits at the Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert locations and around 15 recruits in the North Battleford location making it a total of around 165 recruits per ITP session.
The total of all intakes cumulates to approximately 495 recruits annually.

The Successful Supplier must oversee operations in all specified locations—Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and North Battleford in Saskatchewan—and be equipped with mobile electronic fingerprinting devices.
The Successful Supplier is expected to visit these locations in alignment with the recruitment schedule which is Spring (April- May), Fall (September) Winter (January).
