Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project is subject to availability of federal funding. Upgrade interior and exterior finishes, Install EFIS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), Installing new fire sprinkling system, Upgrade fire alarm system, Extend existing roof to cover exterior stairs, Upgrade mechanical and electrical systems, Replace windows, Tie in sewer line, Upgrade existing toilet and shower rooms.
Construction Cost Estimate: $3,200,000.00
