The project is located at 1046 Bella Drive, Napa, CA, 94558 and the work consists of tenant improvements for the Bella House Social Rehabilitation Facility as described in the plans and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to replacing existing restroom and kitchen equipment, fixtures, casework, interior painting and flooring. In addition to replacement of light bulbs with LED light bulbs. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of an existing bathroom, storage room, and kitchen space to create one larger room for a water meter test bench. Installation of water meter test bench and replacement of ceiling light fixtures and controls.
Engineer estimate: $160,000. RSVP for Mandatory job walk.
