Tenders for the boiler replacement renovation for the boiler replacement at Sunset Manor in Montmartre SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday, June 4, 2026.
Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com. Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.
Description of the Work: Removal of the existing heating boiler, air handling unit and air conditioner and supply and installation of new boiler, air handling unit, air conditioner and associated work as identified in Scope of Work document.
Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

There will be a mandatory site meeting on Thursday, May 21st at 11:30 a.m. All interested parties shall meet at the front door of Sunset Manor, 237 1st Avenue East, Montmartre SK.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
