Description:

The Town of Lexington invites proposals for the Design and Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems on the three Town-Owned properties. The intention is for the photovoltaic solar and energy systems to be purchased and owned by the Town of Lexington. At the Town’s option, the Town and the successful Respondent may also engage in a long-term contract to operate, monitor, and maintain the systems.

RFP documents may be obtained below.

Separate price and non-price proposals must be delivered to 1625 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420 no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Public Services Building- 201 Bedford Street, Lexington, MA 02420.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses if it's in the public interest to do so.
