Public Works Building Renovation

Submissions marked "COR26-00117 – Public Works Yard - Building Renovation" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday June 9, 2026.

The City seeks a qualified General Contractor for the construction services at building which is located in the Public Works Yard at 1075 Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment;
• HVAC serving offices on main and second floors;
• Controls on major equipment throughout facility;
• Repairs and abatement to the exterior wall, among other work.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
