FM26-10 ANNUAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION

SPECIAL NOTE: The building is under construction. All personnel must wear appropriate safety equipment. Please bring and wear appropriate safety equipment that includes appropriate work clothing, safety toed shoes or boots (ASTM F2413-05), safety glasses, high visibility vests or
clothing, and hard hats.

Offerors must submit a proposal to the e-mail address listed below and be received no later than 3:00 pm on September 12, 2025. Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.

The proposal package must be submitted according to Section III in the specifications titled “Bid
Submission Packet” and must include:
1. The filled in and completed Invitation for Bid form.
2. Completed “Bid Affidavit Form”.
3. Completed “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form”.
4. Current Maryland licenses or certifications.
5. Current insurance certificates.
6. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB. Please supply a letter on the
company’s letterhead acknowledging receipt of amendments.
7. Completed No Reply Form if not bidding.

There will be no pre-bid meeting. Vendors may contact personnel below to schedule a site visit.
