If your business is already an awarded vendor by LISD Board of Trustees on RFP numbers: F1072-23, F1072A-23, F1072B-23, F1072C-23, F1072D-23 OR F1072E-23, there is no need to respond to this supplemental iteration.

The Lewisville Independent School District is accepting supplemental proposals for Instructional Materials, Teaching Aids, Supplies, Software, Equipment, and Other Related Products and Services such as, but not limited to, products used in the following departments offered in LISD Career and Technical Education (CTE), Early Childhood, English Language Arts and Reading, Science, Social Studies, Reading, Parent Resources, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), ESL products, Special Education, general classroom supplies, online instructional, subscriptions, licenses, software, stage and theater, world language and other instructional materials as needed district wide for Pre-K - 12th grade.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.

Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations.

RFP #F1072E-23 Instructional Materials, Teaching Aids, Supplies, Software, Equipment, and Other Related Products and Services shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District.

This supplemental request for proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs.

The initial term of this proposal, if awarded, shall be from November 2025 - January 2026 and will run coterminous with the original RFP term.

LISD is soliciting additional vendor responses to this supplemental RFP to meet campus and department needs. The initial award period is approximately two months, after which awarded vendors will be invited to participate in a renewal for a tentative second term from January 2026 through January 2028.
Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term.
Initial Term: November 2025 - January 2026

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: January 2026 - January 2028

Tentative Third Term - Renewal Option: January 2028 - January 2030
